Lokesh is part of the IP Prosecution team at the firm. He received his degree from the Faculty of Law, Delhi in 2016. He then devoted himself to the studies of IP and trademark laws and started his IP law career in 2017. His expertise is focused on trademark prosecution and opposition, assisting clients with identifying names, marks or symbols which distinguish a company's corporate and brand names; conducting trademark searches, preparing trademark applications, and review brochures and advertising material for proper use of marks.
Ritu primarily assists in Anti Piracy / Anti Counterfeiting Campaigns in the Enforcement Team.Her role includes drafting legal notices, , conducting due-diligence of Third Party Vendors. Ritu also conducts online market surveys for counterfeited products for leading Multinational Brands as part of larger campaigns aimed at interdicting piracy of client IP.
