The team at the Firm encompasses wide-ranging experience in Intellectual Property enforcement and anti-counterfeiting across a broad spectrum of products and services including apparel/garments, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, consumer durables, books, films, music with members of the enforcement team has a thorough understanding of dealing with counterfeiting in a number of diverse industries.

An efficient, robust and ethical investigation team also supplements the enforcement team allows the Firm to provide its clients with a ‘one-window’ solution to their piracy/counterfeiting challenges. This is done by way of using the in-house investigation teams or entering into liaisons with leading private investigation houses and by having the enforcement team co-ordinate and monitor investigations which apart from greatly enhancing the quality of investigations and preserving confidentiality, allows the Firm to provide cost-efficient enforcement campaign proposals to clients.

Over the years, members of the enforcement team have built up credibility withnot only pan-Indian enforcement agencies as also with the police forces of several states within India.
