Julien is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice. Julien received her Law Degree from Mysore University in 2010 and did a Post Graduate IPR course from NLSIU, Bangalore. Julien was a Judicial Clerk for Delhi High Court Judge, Mr. Justice Anil Kumar during which time she gained wide exposure in Criminal Law and Writ jurisdiction, while also working on matters involving the interpretation of Property and Service Laws. Apart from her specialization in general IP litigation, Julien currently spearheads the firm's practice in Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) litigation dealing with complex essentiality, validity, infringement as well as FRAND/RAND issues

Pushpam is a Campus Law Centre, DU alumni, practicing for the past 24 years. He heads the IP prosecution practice at the firm. His practice sector includes IP registration, maintenance, oppositions, and cancellations. He works with a large network of foreign associates in more than 65 countries for IP adoption and protection. Pushpam provides strategic brand clearance support to clients across diverse industries. Pushpam has also conducted training sessions at various Police Academies and is a member of the International Trademark Association.
